What do I do if customer pays less than amount specified on Payment Link?
When customer comes to your Payment Link and clicks to pay, our website displays the QR code. This code includes the address and the exact amount to pay - based on the exact exchange rate at that moment. However, customer (or the program he used to send the payment) may actually mess around with that information. As the result, the amount we actually receive may be different from what was displayed in the QR code. We will notify you of the exact amount received – both in crypto and in the USD. What to do with that information is up to you. For example, if your Payment URL is for $100, but received $99.88 – it would ok to accept it as is. But if you receive $25 – you should contact the buyer.
